Here is a photo of the Ribbon Assortment below!!
Monthly Ribbon Club, Domestic
This month we have beautiful blues and browns to work with!!
Yummy!!

Here is a sweet little card that I made using this month's assortment and a couple images from Gecko Galz's Darling Collection.

I started out with the two images from Gecko Galz.  I used my Perfect Layer's Ruler and kraft cardstock for a mat around the focal image.  I elevated it with pop dots.  I wrapped the checkerboard brown satin ribbon, layered on the lace and used my bow it all to tie a bow with the brown gingham on my focal image.  I used the Tan swiss dots to create a little loop at the top, and some tails peeking out the bottom of my focal image.  I layered my focal image above a small doily which I inked with Ranger's Vintage photo.  I also used a mulberry deep ivory rose, and a few buttons from the latte collection, and tied a knot and bow with Brown Sugar Baker's Twine also from Really Reasonable Ribbons.   I LOVE it!
I created a little hidden tag using my dream bingo card base, ivory stamp base and another Gecko Galz image.  I wrapped the bingo card with the Diamond Satin Capri blue ribbon & the Blue Rose grosgrain, and I also tied a little bow with the blue rose grosgrain. I also added some Glitter!  I used my Art Glitter Designer dries clear Glue & Ultra fine Metal Tip  to add the dots of glue to my image, and I used #123 Dusty Blue glitter.
Here is a close up of my bow :0)
I hope that you have been inspired to create some fabulous projects and do a little shopping and maybe get yourself some fabulous finds from Really Reasonable Ribbon.

Vintage Post it Note Holder

Hello Friends!!
I hope you are having a fabulous day!
Today I am sharing another Valentine's Day Post it Note Holder.
I decided I wanted to do one in a more vintage style.
I think this one turned out pretty sweet if I do say so myself.
I used different images than the other day, but the basic put it together is the same.  So you can watch my youtube video below for the basic tutorial.

On this one I did things a tad bit different.
I used one of my free Valentine's Day Banner Collage Sheet pieces for my background which I cut a 2.75" square.  I distressed the edges with a craft knife, then inked all my pieces with Ranger's Frayed Burlap distress ink.
You can find the focals I used here

I then glued down one of banner's, then using pop dots I added my Lily of the Valley Heart focal image.  I tied a little button from the vacation totes collection with Cotton Candy Baker's Twine from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  I also used a deep ivory 15mm mulberry rose.
Between the Focal piece and my base layer, I added a ribbon for closure.  I only glued down the part of the ribbon that was hidden under the heart image, so that you can open the post it easy peasy.
I used Challis glitter for my edges, Mint Chiffon around my blue piece, Fauna glitter on my banner and lily of the Valley.  Cheeky pink on my conversation heart.

I did a talk through of how I did this one :0)
