Autumn Colors with Gecko Galz

Hello Friends!!
Today I would like to share with you a digital card front that I created using some fabulous images from Gecko Galz!!

It has been a REALLY LONG TIME since I have created anything digitally, and so I had a little time to play and this is what I came up with. I will have to say that I have missed playing with all the wonderful images that you can find at Gecko Galz.

Let me talk you through what I used to create my card front.
The Orange/Cream Polka Dot Digital Paper, Natural and Black Plaid paper, Brown paper as well as the strip of paper across the top are all from the Autumn Harvest Paper Pack.

The Flowers, Key, horizontal strip across the bottom, circle frame (around the flower bottom right)  are all from this month's kit club:  La Boheme .  Of course I did go in and change colors and sizes and added text so they will look a little different (but these are all things you could do yourself).

The sweet sparrow image is from the Fall into Nature Digital Collage Sheet.

Don't forget that we have a Design Team Call going on!!

Thank you for visiting me today!!

Easter Blessings Card

Hello Friends!!
I hope you are having a fabby day!
Today I would like to share with you an Easter card that I created.  It is hard to believe that this Sunday will be Easter!  It kind of crept up on me this year :0)
I used a bunch of goodies from Really Reasonable Ribbon!
I started out by cutting a piece of 8.5 by 11 inch paper in half to create my ivory cardstock base.  I then cut a piece of my floral digital paper to use as my background.  I layers the Edna Lace and then the aqua satin which I topped with  Baby Pink and Blue Mulberry Roses.  Tombow Foam Tabs were used to elevate my pink ticket base with Easter Blessings Focal.  I did the pink tag with layers of  Edna Lace and Celery gingham.  Topped with Pink Mulberry Roses, and  Cotton Candy Baker's Twine as well as light blue leaves and pink twine.  I also used pink lace and  pink twine at the bottom and top of the tag. Here is a close up below.
I hope you all have a wonderful Easter and enjoy the rest of your week.

Vintage Ladies in the Garden Card

Hello Friends!!
I hope you are having a Great Day!
I am hopefully having a great time in Texas at the
Gecko Galz Retreat.
Today I am sharing a card that I created for the
Gecko Galz: In the Garden Challenge
and
Really Reasonable Ribbon:  Flowers & Ribbon Challenge.

I used this months Ephemera Set "In the Garden" by Gecko Galz.
I also used a floral Digital Paper pack that I designed.
which you can find in my Etsy here.
Of course Yummy Ribbons, Trims and Flowers from
Really Reasonable Ribbon!!

I created a card base with ivory card stock.  I simply cut a sheet of 8.5 by 11 paper in half, to create two card bases.
I then cut my pink floral paper 4 1/8" by 5 3/8"
Then I cut a 2" strip of the cream and blue green script paper and placed it on my card.
I layered the
I cut out the GG images, and used one of my papers behind the larger one to create a 1/8 inch matte, leaving a 1/2" matt at the bottom edge.  Candi Fix it Foam Pads were used to elevate it and the oval image.  I added a bit of Arianna Natural Crochet Lace then wrapped it with Cotton Candy Baker's Twine and tied a bow.  Then  I layered Light Celery 5/8" Crochet Lace5/8" Ivory Crochet Lace and Delicate Rose Pink Grosgrain.
Pink LeavesBaby Pink Mulberry Roses,  Deep Ivory Mulberry Roses and Pink Mulberry Roses were also used on my large and small focal images.  Sandra Crochet lace and Oyster Baker's Twine are what I wrapped around the smaller oval image.
Above you can see how I used the mulberry flowers and added a piece of 1/4" Silver Gray Organza across the top of my card and created a double bow with my Bow it All tool.
A Close up
I Inked all the edges with Ranger's Frayed Burlap, and added bit of Arbor Glitter from Art Glitter.

St. Patrick's Day Tag and Vintage Ladies Spring Green Card Tutorial

Hello Friends!!
Today I would like to share with you a tag and Card that I have made using some fabby ribbons and trims from
Really Reasonable Ribbon.
Irish Tag
To create my tag I used my Purple tag Bases
Irish Bingo Cards, Light Green St. Patrick's Day Stamp images, Cream Stamp bases.

I used the Celery Plaid, Grape Satin, Purple Leaves, Lavender Seam binding, and Moss Green Seam Binding all from
Really Reasonable Ribbon
Paris and Jungle Art Glitters were used.

Vintage Green Ladies Card
Hidden tag removed
Supplies
Gecko Galz Pretty Victorians Digital Collage Sheet
Gecko Galz Vintage Tags
Vintage Spring Green Digital Papers
Micro Moss Green Gingham Moss Green Seam Binding, Moss Green SatinSandra White Crochet Lace1/4" Natural Crochet Lace Deep Ivory Mulberry Roses and Solid Green Baker's Twine Ribbons and Trims from Really Reasonable Ribbon.
I used my Bow it All tool to create my bows.
Jungle Art Glitter

Tutorial
Created my card base using a sheet of ivory cardstock.  Cut two pieces of paper from my spring green collection.  Then layered the ribbon across the center.
Layered two of my images together (glued together).  I cut a smaller piece of one of the green gingham papers from my set.
I glued the green gingham in place (all edges inked with frayed burlap distress ink).  I glued the two images above to another one of the Gecko Galz tags and placed the foam pads in place so that I was able to slide in the last (daisy) tag into place once my piece below is attached to the card base.
Below you can see how I added double bows made out of the gingham with my Bow it all tool to the tags.
Removed the one tag so that I could add the glue and Jungle glitter.  I also added the lace in the top right corner with a button and green baker's twine.  I glued on a moss green seam binding double bow and deep ivory mulberry rose.  The crochet lace is tucked up under my focal piece.
One last look at the finished card.
Thank you for visiting!!
Hugs!!
