Easter Blessings Card

Hello Friends!!
I hope you are having a fabby day!
Today I would like to share with you an Easter card that I created.  It is hard to believe that this Sunday will be Easter!  It kind of crept up on me this year :0)
I used a bunch of goodies from Really Reasonable Ribbon!
I started out by cutting a piece of 8.5 by 11 inch paper in half to create my ivory cardstock base.  I then cut a piece of my floral digital paper to use as my background.  I layers the Edna Lace and then the aqua satin which I topped with  Baby Pink and Blue Mulberry Roses.  Tombow Foam Tabs were used to elevate my pink ticket base with Easter Blessings Focal.  I did the pink tag with layers of  Edna Lace and Celery gingham.  Topped with Pink Mulberry Roses, and  Cotton Candy Baker's Twine as well as light blue leaves and pink twine.  I also used pink lace and  pink twine at the bottom and top of the tag. Here is a close up below.
I hope you all have a wonderful Easter and enjoy the rest of your week.
Thank you for visiting!!

Shabby Chic Easter Card

Hello Friends!!
Heather here and I hope you are having a fabby day!!
Today I am out with our Boy Scout Troop Camping (the whole weekend actually).
So I am sure I am having a fabby day...lol.

Today I would like to share with you a card that I put together using some of my Easter Digital images and fabulous goodies from Really Reasonable Ribbon!!

I used my Bow it all Tool to create my Pink Salmon Seam Binding Bow at the top of my Card.  Tombow Foam Tabs were used to elevate my Large Easter Egg Images and Blue Tag image....which you can find in my Etsy here.  Pink Buttons were tied with Cotton Candy Baker's Twine. I used some lovely little spring colored Mulberry Roses in,Baby Blue Mulberry Roses  Lilac Roses and a Large Pink Wild Rose.  I love the blue leaves:0) (apparently they are out in the store at the moment so just search leaves...and you can see other colors). I just love LEAVES :0)  I also used some bits of Crochet Lace Light Orchid satin and Pink twine.

Here is a look at the card without the fabulous RRR goodies, well I did put the Edna lace on...but you get the idea.

Here is is again, with the hidden tag exposed.  You can see how just adding some fabby ribbons and trims can really make your card!  You can find my Easter tags here.

Close up of the bottom goodies.

 The tag alone.

Thank you so much for visiting us at Really Reasonable Ribbon!!

Vintage Ladies in the Garden Card

Hello Friends!!
I hope you are having a Great Day!
I am hopefully having a great time in Texas at the
Gecko Galz Retreat.
Today I am sharing a card that I created for the
Gecko Galz: In the Garden Challenge
and
Really Reasonable Ribbon:  Flowers & Ribbon Challenge.

I used this months Ephemera Set "In the Garden" by Gecko Galz.
I also used a floral Digital Paper pack that I designed.
which you can find in my Etsy here.
Of course Yummy Ribbons, Trims and Flowers from
Really Reasonable Ribbon!!

I created a card base with ivory card stock.  I simply cut a sheet of 8.5 by 11 paper in half, to create two card bases.
I then cut my pink floral paper 4 1/8" by 5 3/8"
Then I cut a 2" strip of the cream and blue green script paper and placed it on my card.
I layered the
I cut out the GG images, and used one of my papers behind the larger one to create a 1/8 inch matte, leaving a 1/2" matt at the bottom edge.  Candi Fix it Foam Pads were used to elevate it and the oval image.  I added a bit of Arianna Natural Crochet Lace then wrapped it with Cotton Candy Baker's Twine and tied a bow.  Then  I layered Light Celery 5/8" Crochet Lace5/8" Ivory Crochet Lace and Delicate Rose Pink Grosgrain.
Pink LeavesBaby Pink Mulberry Roses,  Deep Ivory Mulberry Roses and Pink Mulberry Roses were also used on my large and small focal images.  Sandra Crochet lace and Oyster Baker's Twine are what I wrapped around the smaller oval image.
Above you can see how I used the mulberry flowers and added a piece of 1/4" Silver Gray Organza across the top of my card and created a double bow with my Bow it All tool.
A Close up
I Inked all the edges with Ranger's Frayed Burlap, and added bit of Arbor Glitter from Art Glitter.
