Creative Cutting Challenge: Easter/ Art Glitter Americana & Roses

Hello Friends!!
I hope you are having a fabby day!
Today I would like to share with you a Tiny Canvas that I have made for inspiration for our
Creative Cutting Easter Challenge!!
I decided to make a simple purse A2 size card using
Cindy's Angel SVG File. You can get it for $2.00.
   It is adorable!
Here is a look at the set below.
You get to Angels.

I used the one on the right for my project.  I cut my layers all out of white card stock.  The tiny chippy coaster was colored with Gelatos.  Then layered on top of a tiny canvas that was done the same way.
I colored the layers with gelatos too.
Shading with paint
Then I just did a bunch of things...lol to get to the final finish.  I used my Art Glitter Black ink pad and stamped on some swirls.  I added the text boxes and embossed the edges and added some gold embossing powder.
I also used some some Blue Really Reasonable Ribbon.
Here are some Close ups.

Vintage Easter Tags

Hello Peeps!!
I hope you are having a fabby day!  I will have to admit that I am soooo ready for Spring!  Yesterday it was sunny/snowy/sunny/snowy/sunny...and again snowy!  Unbelievable!  So...again I will say that I am SOOOOO ready for spring!
Thank goodness I have so many lovely Springy Colors of Ribbons to chose from at Really Reasonable Ribbon!!  The best news is
Bonnie has a SALE going on RIGHT NOW!!  You can get all the deets here!!
Here is an Easter Tag to get us all into the Spring Groove.
I used a couple different sizes of mulberry roses in blue, deep ivory and baby pink!
I started out with a couple of my tag bases.  Cut them out, glued them together and inked the edges with Ranger's Frayed Burlap.
I inked a doily with the Frayed burlap to give it a nice vintage look and placed it on my fancy tag base.
 I cut off the excess.
I used my crop-o-dile to punch a whole at the top of both tags, and the sides of my fancy tag base.
I used some of Bonnie's fabby Pink Gingham Ribbon to create a bow across the front of my fancy tag base.
Next I layered one of Bunny Bingo cards with a medium and small Easter Egg image.  I added Tombow foam tabs to the back of my eggs and one placed on top of the pink gingham.
Please refer to the photo below for placement.  The additional tag will slide in under the ribbon, and fit under the egg images as well.  The small egg will rest on theTombow foam tab that is showing and part of the medium egg.
I layered one of my Easter Journal tags onto my tag base.
Next I took a couple of my Vintage Easter Tickets, punched a tiny hole in them and tied them to my fancy tag base with both Cotton Candy .....
Teal Baker's Twine.
Next I started to plan out where I wanted all of the beautiful Mulberry Roses would go.
I also decided to add a button tied with more Cotton Candy baker's twine.  I also add a bit of it to the top of my tag too.  Then I place a Two toned Blue bow that I made with my Bow it all tool to the top of my tag (slightly offset, so that the other tag will still slide in under the ribbon).  I decided to add a Easter Blessing tag to the fancy base as well, so when the other tag is removed, it will still be fantabulous!!
I did tuck in a couple of my favorite moss green leaves under the mulberry roses!!  Next I started to add some glue with my fine tip applicator...and applied Fauna, Cheeky pink and Arbor glitters to my base tag and images.
Chamois glitter was added to the Easter Blessing tag.
I thought I would add some beads next to my flower clusters on my pull out tag.
Of course some Celery glitter to match my moss green leaves.
Even the tiny Vintage Easter Tickets are getting a little glitter.
Here are a couple photos of the finished tags.

Gecko Galz Clowning Around Mini Album

Hello Peeps!!
Those who have been unfortunate enough to meet me in real life know that I am a "Funny Girl."  I tend to goof off and for most part I am a bit Caddy Wonkus...lol.
The end of February I had the opportunity to go to the
Gecko Galz Cowgirl Diva Retreat
I was sooo excited to go, because I was finally going to meet Leanne, the owner of Gecko Galz.
Let me just say she is the sweetest person ever!
She came to the airport, picked me up, took me out to eat to many FUN places, let me stay at her place....and meet her friends
(that is a good sign..right??).
Well...while I was at the retreat Leanne set out a bunch of packets full of Gecko Galz ephemera, paper, ribbon etc..and each pack was different.  Each of Galz got to pick out what which pack we wanted to work with.  The idea was to create something awesome with your packet, and at the end of the retreat we would share them with each other and vote on things like...Most Creative, Most Beautiful...etc.
So....I decided to chose this awesome pack of vintage clowns and bright fun papers!!  ORANGE...you know I LOVE ORANGE
(I know...crazy..and not flowery vintage...but I love it).
The other thing is, I traveled really light, didn't bring any crafty supplies so I only used items for the kit provided...which is AMAZING...lol...I NEVER do that...lol
You can find the Crazy Clowns at Gecko Galz Here.
Here is my creation below.
Here is a look at the inside pages...

Here is a quick look at the tags.

Believe it or not...I have no idea what ribbons or trims I used...because they were all in the pack...lol.  But..I know you could head over to Really Reasonable Ribbon and find some that would work perfect!!

The Exciting NEWS...next year I will be
TEACHING at the RETREAT!!
You won't want to miss it...because I am going to come up with something super Fun!!
We will be heading to the

Lately..I have been feeling like
Painting...which if you have known me a long time...I started out painting...in the blogging world...lol...then in 2010 got into paper crafting...so you may see some different kind of things coming from me :0)  Just wanted to warn you...lol.

Thank you for visiting!!

Easter Canvas

Hello Peeps!!
Today I would like to share with you a Spring Time Easter Canvas that I created and shared on the
Really Reasonable Ribbon blog, but have not shared here yet.
I used a lot of lovely goodies from Really Reasonable Ribbon,
and a couple of my digital collage sheets.
Above you can see that I used Juliet Lace around the base of my canvas.  I tied a nice bow with my Bow it All and Silky Crush Teal Ribbon and tucked in a baby pink mulberry rose.  I also used some of the Blue and Moss Green Leaves.
You can find my Easter Tags (hidden tag to the left) here.  The Easter tickets and and Easter Eggs here.
I have a hidden Easter Tag tied with Pink Ribbon tucked in at the upper left.  The Candy Cane and Aqua Baker's Twine were used to tie bows and knots in my vintage buttons and Really Reasonable Ribbon Buttons.
Above I have some close-ups of the Wild Pink Roses, Lilac and Blue Mulberry Roses.  I have another hidden tag (top of canvas) tied with Pink Silky Crush Ribbon.  You can find my Joyful Easter Focals here.
I also used some of my Easter Collage sheets.  You can find them in my Etsy shop here.
One last look at the whole piece.
