Vintage Shabby Chic Tiny Birthday Card
Hello Peeps!
Today I would like to share with you a tiny Birthday card that I created using some fabulous ribbons and trims from
Really Reasonable Ribbon.
I started out with a scrap of pink chevron ribbon (which I inked the edges with Ranger's Vintage Photo).
I designed the whole card around this scrap! I found a sweet little birdie image from a collage sheet that I designed. The aqua background paper and floral paper (inside of card) are part of the Wild Roses Paper Pack from Gecko galz. Distressed the edges with scissors and inked these edges as well.
I used the Aqua Floral Satin ribbon to create a tiny bow at the top. I used a little scrap of Natural crochet lace and tucked it behind my image in the upper right and lower left. Candi Fix it foam pads elevate my little image, and scor tape is what I used to hold all my ribbons and layers in place. I also used some pink crochet lace and aqua ric rac across the center under my image. The tiny button is from the Vacation Button set, and I tied it with Green Apple Baker's twine.
Here is a peek at the inside.
I used another button, and more of the same ribbons and trims as on the front. I did add a bit of pink stripe ribbon on top of my digital stamp from Gecko Galz.
One last look at the front.
I am so happy with how it turned out.
I hope you enjoyed my post today!!
Thank you for visiting!!
Hugs
Heather
