Halloween Tussie Mussie

Hello Friends!!
Happy Wednesday!!

Hard to believe that October is already here!
We have a new challenge going on at

Our theme for this challenge is

I decided I wanted to do a Tussie Mussie, but not the traditional round one.  I wanted flat sides.  In here is what I came up with.
It is covered with fabulous goodies from
First I created my own template, which took me 5 tries to get it to line up...lol.  Craziness is what I say!!
Here is my collage sheet for the cone.
You can find it in my Etsy.

I only used the cone portion for my project, but I did use my
Vintage Witch Collage sheet too.  Which you can find in my Etsy.
Here is a shot of it from the side.
Here are a couple of close ups.
I used the black netting behind my focal image and a little lower on the cone front.  At the top of the cone's edge I used a layer of Juliet Lace and then Orange Micro gingham.  The lovely bow was done with the Chocolate Seam Binding.  I also used the orange leaves and deep ivory 15mm roses.
The sweet little button and Halloween Baker's Twine are also from Really Reasonable Ribbon :0).  Things that you can't see...but I used are the Tombow Foam Tabs to elevate my focal image from the offsets I made.  I did use the Scor tape to adhere some of my ribbons.  I used my Art Glitter Designer dries clear Glue &
Ultra fine Metal Tip to apply glue and glitters to my tussie mussie.
I used  #188 Black Vinyl for the hat, spider, buttons and crow.
# 56 Pumpkin for the first offset dots, and #350 Butterscotch for the dots on her dress.
On the sides of my cones, I went a little more simple.
I used Juliet lace at the top and a strip of orange variegated ribbon across the center.  Topped that with the micro black gingham, deep ivory 15mm rose and orange leaves.  Pumpkin glitter was used in the polkadots :0)
I used the orange and chocolate seam bindings to add streamers to the sides, and the orange seam binding for my hanger.  I finished off the inside top with the black sheer pleated ribbon!  Yummy!!
Here is a close up of the bottom.
A tiny piece of natural crochet lace on my Trick or Treats sign, black netting,  another Deep Ivory rose and orange leaves finish off the bottom.
Thank you for visiting my today!!
I hope that you have some time to play along in the
Hugs!!
