Sandi over at Bella's Creations challenge for this month in one of the groups is a collaborative pennant collection. I was given the letter "S" and had to come up with something that has to do with scrapbooking...LOL. That was not hard...I was going to do scissors, stickles, scraps, stitching, social networking site...and ended up with Style. Us girls all have our own style.
Sandi gave us a template and we came up with the rest.
Here is my "S" pennant.
I am happy to say that my pennant fits my style. I used some great background SHEET music from Karen the Graphics Fairy. As well as the butterfly and tiny flower in the upper left. You can see them better below.
That sweet little girl Image...I got from Sandi. She has fabulous vintage images! I used my Silhouette SD to print out the little banner with the word "Style." I used UTEE on the butterfly, little girl, flower, and Dusty Attic piece. I use a piece of vintage lace and some seed beads at the top there where we were to create a "break" in our pennant.
I did ink all my edges in Vintage photo, and the Dusty attic piece was painted Lisa Pink by Delta and then covered with vintage photo before I applied the UTEE. I used a little rose from my best friend's store which I spritzed with Ranger's Perfect pearls mist in Heirloom gold. I used some more beads..and a Ranger stick pin.
Of course it just wouldn't be finished (if I am keeping it)...with out a vintage antique button, copper color beading wire..and some leaf beads. I did paint those tiny leaves, and covered them with UTEE.
Thanks so much for visiting!
Hugs!
