Here is the Sketch provided by
I am not sure if the little lines (on the orange diamond) represent stitching? That is the great thing about sketches.. because..you can interpret it...as you like.
Here is my take on the sketch below.
I have today off work...and so many things to do.
So no fancy...lots of stuff....just quick and to the sketch. Actually..once I got going...I had to add a little...so it is not as plain as I thought it would be.
I started out with plain pink light weight cardstock. Made a design to follow the sketch in my Robo Master program...and used my Silhouette SD to cut it out.
I started out with the diamond shapes.. some swirls and welded them together in my Robo Master program. Then I just layered them all together. Here is what it started out looking like.
I used stazon ink in black to stamp on the images...and I inked all papers with Ranger's distress inks in Worn Lipstick and Vintage photo. I also used Ranger's Distress Stickles in Dried Marigold.
The rose is one of the images that I painted in GIMP (free online program). You can see the layers of diamond shapes here. Of course one of the challenges at 365 cards
is called: Floral Fantasy. Where you are to use at least 10 flowers and use them 3 different ways...So I have a Die cut, Stamp, and gems. Although...this is just for the sketch challenge.
Of course...the final touch is below
Just wouldn't be complete with out my own hidden tag..lol
Here the tag is flipped..showing the 10th flower
